
Creativity at the
Forefront of Lynk's Thinking
Patricia Collins has joined Lynk
Management Consultants as the Performance and Creativity Consultant,
bringing with her a wide range of social psychology skills and 18
years of experience gained across a variety of sectors.

The reduction of workplace stress is
a key target in the Health and Safety Commission's policy document.
Lynk brings together creative thinking, relaxation and stress management
disciplines to enhance organisational performance by offering private
coaching, interactive workshops and short seminars.
In her new role, Patricia will be responsible
for the development of several key initiatives that will enable
organisations and managers to reduce the pressure and barriers that
prevent the sharing and development of new ideas.
Of her plans for the forthcoming year,
Patricia says: "I am keen to support managers and enable them
to achieve their career goals, through idea generation and management,
offering them coaching, counselling and advice, as well as facilitating
the sharing of good ideas and good practice. This will be backed
up by interpersonal communication skills developing mutually beneficial
relationships between employees and employers."
She has previously worked with St Johns
Ambulance Association on Organisational Stress Management Programmes,
Community Health Centres for Healthy Lifestyles for Workplace Stress,
and a number of private hospitals where she was responsible for
staff supervision and training on relaxation and worklife balance.
Patricia joins Lynk Management Consultants,
after working with a variety of Educational institutions, where
she was mentoring and coaching individuals on Creative thinking
and guided imaginary techniques.
Patricia's academic qualifications
include a Bachelor in Social Science, a postgraduate Diploma in
Education, and a number of related certificates, including Counselling,
Stress Management and Training. Patricia is also a registered Nurse
and transfers relevant skills to assist employees and organisations
with their responsibility to Health Safety issues within organisations.
She has also carried out valuable research
into visualisation techniques, guided imaginary and creative processes.
Patricia is an strong advocate for lifelong learning and the rights
for individuals to express their creativity and enhance their individual
gifts.
